The Nigerian Airforce (NAF) recruitment for the Direct Short
Service Commission (DSSC) 34/2025 is now officially open. This opportunity
allows qualified Nigerians to serve their country as commissioned officers in
the Nigerian Airforce. In this article, we have shared guidelines on how to

1st October 2025.
To qualify for the Nigerian Airforce Direct Short Service
Commission, candidates must meet the following requirements:
1. Citizenship:
Must be Nigerian by birth.
Academic and Professional Qualifications
1. A
minimum of Second Class Upper Division from a recognized university.
The application of Nigerian Airforce recruitment is done online,
on the NAF recruitment portal. Below, we’ve outlined guidelines to apply for
the NAF recruitment.
Note: The Nigerian Airforce does not charge for DSSC applications, i.e, the application is completely free.
1. Visit the NAF recruitment portal www.nafrecruitment.airforce.mil.ng
2. Click on “Start registrationâ€
3. Click on “check requirementsâ€
4. Select “I have read all guidelinesâ€
5. Click on the “confirm†button to proceed
6. Click on “begin registrationâ€
7. Provide your “email, password, and confirm
passwordâ€
8. Click on the submit button to proceed
9. You will be provided with a form to enter your name, weight, religion, marital status, LGA, specialty, and passport
10. After
filling the form, click on the “Next†button to proceed
11. You
will be required to provide your contact address, education level, WASSCE
results, etc.
12. After
filling out the form, click on “Submit†to complete the application.
13. After submission, print documents such as the Acknowledgment Form and Parent/Guardian Consent Form.
