the institution, you will be offered an application number, and during the

shared guidelines on how to apply for admission into Kwara State University, pay the registration fee, and check admission status on the KWASU admission portal.
1. Visit the Kwara State University

3. Provide your JAMB Reg No, Surname, First name, Other name,
Email, Phone number
4. Select your mode of study: “Full-timeâ€
5. Select mode of entry “UTME or DEâ€
6. Select “Preferred payment methodâ€
7. Click on the “Next†button,
8. You will be expected to make a non-refundable payment of 2,300
Naira.
9. After payment, you will be redirected back to the
application portal to submit and complete the process
10. On the application form page, you can also click on the “Check
courses available†to select your course of application.
For prospective students who have successfully registered
for Kwara State University using Post UTME or Direct entry, you can always log in to your dashboard to check your admission status. Below are the steps to
check admission status on the Kwasu admission portal.
1. Visit portal.kwasu.edu.ng
2. Enter your registration ID
3. Enter password
4. Click on Login
5. On your dashboard, select admission status
6. Click on continue to proceed.
An academic transcript is a document that contains the list of
courses a student has taken during their course of study. I have outlined guidelines to obtain your academic transcript on the Kwasu portal.
1. Visit the Kwasu transcript portal >> https://portal.kwasu.edu.ng/transcript/
2. Click on the “apply now button.
3. Ensure to fill in the form provided with your correct
information
4. Click on the “Create account†button
5. You can obtain your e-transcript or have it delivered to your
location using the address you provide.
6. Follow the prompts provided and make a payment to get your transcript
The Kwasu portal always depends on what you want to do. For students of Kwara State University, you can always log in to the Kwasu portal.
But for prospective students applying for admission, the
Kwasu portal is currently not accepting applications. At the time of writing
this content. The admission application portal closed on 7th September
2025.
