The Access Bank Entry Level Training Program has three
different paths, so you can pick the one that fits you best, and they all have
different criteria for application:
This is for university graduates with high potential who are
ready to help guide the future of banking.
Applicant is expected to have a Second-Class Upper Division
(2:1) degree in any field from a recognized university.
If you love connecting with people and are great at customer
service and running branch operations, this track is for you. You'll focus on
building strong customer relationships.
You are expected to have at least a Second-Class Lower
Division (2:2) degree in any field from a recognized university.
Are you an innovator or problem solver eager to help us
change things digitally? This track is for people who want to drive our
technology forward.
You must have at least a Second-Class Lower Division (2:2) degree in any field from a recognized university.
To apply, you must meet all of these criteria:
1. You must live in or be allowed to work in Nigeria.
2. You must have finished your NYSC program.
3. You need to have your own laptop and a good internet
connection.
Note: You can only apply for one of the training tracks. If
you apply for more than one, you will be disqualified.

3. Upload your Resume
4. You will be required to provide the following:
Name, email address, Phone number, and address
5. Upload your passport
6. Upload your school certificate or proof of education and any
proof of former work experience
7. Select the position you are applying for (ELTP Grad, ELTP Retail,
ELTP Tech)
8. Provide Date of Birth
9. Select your gender
10. Provide your Institution name, highest educational
qualification
11. Upload your NYSC Certificate
12. Upload your birth certificate
13. Ensure to fill out the form appropriately before clicking on
the submit application
