For alumni students who want get their transcript from the EBSU portal, below are easy process to apply and also get it from the institution. It is important to understand that the EBSU transcript portal is different from the EBSU tenece portal, particularly, applying for EBSU transcript can only be done using the iportal and not the EBSU tenece portal.
Firstly, before applying for EBSU transcript online, lets address how to pay for EBSU transcript through remita.

1. Visit the EBSU transcript portal iportal.ebsu.edu.ng/transcript/site/apply
2. Scroll down a bit, Click on the button “Click here to apply for Transcriptâ€
3. On the new page, Click on “Generate payment invoice†button
4. A form opens where you will be
expected to fill
a. Your name(Surname, Middle name, First name)
b. Your email address and Phone number
c. Transcript type, Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Professional transcript
d. Courier type(i.e delivery logistics)
e. Transcript Destination type (Local or International) The prices differ
f. Destination for the transcript delivery
g. Your Faculty e.g “Science, Medical sciences….â€
h. Your Department
5. After filling the form click on the “Submit†button to proceed.
6. The EBSU transcript portal automatically generates a remita invoice for you, bearing your name and amount to pay.
7. You can either proceed to pay using your ATM card on the remita platform or Visit a bank within your locality to pay for the transcript

After you have completed your remita payment, using the directive we provided above, below are the steps to apply for the transcript.
1. Visit https://iportal.ebsu.edu.ng/transcript/site/start_application
2. Enter your remita number to verify payment
3. Click on “submit†button to proceed
4. If payment is verified to be successful you can now proceed to complete application online.
Note: The transcript can either be Local or International and must be directed to an institution, not a home address, church or office address.

1. A valid email address

4. Institution Address(Destination address)
5. Statement of Result.
The EBSU certificate can be collected in school, although payments for the EBSU certifiicate collection is done online, through https://login.remita.net/remita/onepage/EBSU/biller.spa, below are the guidelines on how to generate the remita for EBSU BSC certificate and how to pay for EBSU certificate collection online.
To apply for EBSU certificate, you will be expected to generate remita to pay for the certificate online, below are the guidelines to generate EBSU certificate remita and how to apply for the certificate:
1. Visit https://login.remita.net/remita/onepage/EBSU/biller.spa
2. On the option for “Name of service/purposeâ€
3. On the dropdown, click on “EBSU Treasury sundry Feesâ€
4. Select “Degree certificate Feesâ€
5. Fill in your Department, Level, Registration number, Faculty, session, Your name, Phone number and email address.
6. Click on “submit†to proceed
7. You will be expected to pay using your ATM card, Bank transfer or pay at the bank.
The prices of the for EBSU transcript collection differs in respect to whether it is Local or International destination, for Local transcript collection, the price is 15,000 Naira, while for International transcript collection, the price is 35,000 naira.
The process to get your transcript from EBSU is quite simple, after you make payment using your remita invoice, you verify if the payment was successful, then you apply for the transcript using your contact address, full name, email address, destination address, statement of result and other necessary information, you can also contact the institution, if there are delays in the delivery via registrar@ebsu.edu.ng or ictdirector@ebsu.edu.ng
Go to iportal.ebsu.edu.ng/transcript/site/apply, provide all the necessary infromations requested for and click submit to generate remita for your EBSU transcript collection
EBSU certificate is issued in the school, you will pay online using a remita invoice, then you proceed to the school with your receipt of payment for further clearance and collection of the certificate.
